The far left has demonstrated the tendency to redefine words, look at how they reinterpret what is in the Constitution. What is ambiguous about the Constitution prohibiting the creation of an official state religion?

Instead they have made Atheism the official state religion and outlawed all other belief systems.

Is means present tense. Neocons fixating on Clinton (or Carter, Gore, Kerry, Chappaquiddick etc.) are living in the past tense and do not know the meaning of is. You'll find out Nov. 7, though.
