By "grad school" you mean MBA? Probably similar I would think.

Some other grad schools like engineering or science have research apprenticeships that help defray the cost.

law school is grad school. Some schools do charge different tuition for different graduate degrees.

Law school may cost more because the Juris Doctorate is a 3 year program, while many master's degrees are 2 years.

Grad school and Law school is same thing, its just you're being specific, like Law school, Medical school, business school etc. and they all cost the same, except if you want anything extra, like apprenticeship, extra class, non-major related minors..
