you can go to Jail or do community service with provation.Or if its special people that got raped(pretend we had a female president and she got raped)the death penalty.

Depends on your record file... My opinion is over 25 years in prison and/or getting shocked and die in the electricity chair if the chief thinks you did a very bad raping. (I dont know)

Every state is different. It can be hard to enforce rape charges because they make the one who is the victim feel like it is their fault.

i personally think the person should have their genitals cutt off and spend 20 years in a brutal jail where they will get their asses torn apart by big bikers. This is a completely honest opinion.
