AIDS is caused by the HIV virus. So far, medical science has been unable to cure ANY viral infections. Most medications weaken the virus, or relieve the symptoms. The same is true with HIV. Although suppressant drugs can prevent the virus replicating, and can reduce the viral load to an un-measurable level, there is nothing that will actually cure the virus.

Its not like cancer, you cant get rid of it, you can only treat the symptoms..... and pls educated yourself, and use protection. If you don't use protection you will spread it to your partners, can could do jail time.... its almost like shooting someone.
