In all likelihood probably not - there have been hardly any convictions from using file sharing programs, however it IS illegal - if you don't pay for music or film or whatever you're breaking the law, for now at least. Universal is going to start a website where you can download all of their music LEGALLY for free, but it's not up yet. Whether you get punished for copyright theft or not is a different matter, cause so many people do it after all, and it's hard to find out if you're doing it without in turn breaking the law.

anything free on the internet is most likely illegal. :)
specially music.
why don't you just get a cd from a library or something? That's free and legal. :)
