Does Amy Lee have a dead sister that she's singing about in the song "Like You" by Evanescence?

Yes she did, named Bonnie. Amy was six and Bonnie was three. No official reason of death has been released but it is rumoured she drowned.

Amy didn't used to like talking about her and kept her private but now accepts what has happenned and talks freely about the indicent in interviews and understands how it has shaped her life.

Amy also says that she wants a part of all her albums to be for her sister, hence Hello on Fallen, and Like You on The Open Door.

Amy Lee had a youthful sister that died on a similar time as she grew to change into 6 years previous. i imagine probable some her songs from their very very last album grew to change into kinda in holding with that actuality too, like the music "hi"

Amy Lee had a younger sister that died when she was 6 years old. I think maybe a couple of her songs from their last album was kinda based on that fact too, like the song "Hello"
