I believe it should be life because I dont like the death penalty. Besides sometimes although they have been accused of murder, some actually didnt do it.

life in prison, and i mean life, not a "life sentance" where you get out after 50 years or something rediculous.
nobody should be given death. we as humans don't have the right to take another person's life...surely that's why we're punishing the murderer in the first place? killing them would make us just as bad, and also would also release them from a life of guilt.

Death penalty. It makes sense that, since they took the life of another, they must pay with their own lives, right? Jail is just free food and shelter for them. Why should we give them lodging?

I believe murderers should get death because I think the only reason they felt they could do it and possibly get away with it is because they are not afraid.of the consequences. To a lot of people, prison is better than their lives.

Neither.......I feel that they should automatically be drafted into the military to fight overseas......If they like to kill so much, Then why not let them go overseas and do it for a living for x amount of years. They should be on the front line in a special unit, The Jailbird Batillion.

I think they should die the same way their victim did. It's only fitting. Of course this is after the top CSI unit and detectives have verified their guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt.
