He comes across three people waiting for a bus,a very old sick lady about to die,his bestfriend and his bridegroom.There were no cars available except his sports car,if he leaves the old sick lady,she will die.He can take only one person,can you give the best solution...a wise one.

I assume you meant bride instead of bridegroom. In the USA, a bridegroom is a recently married man.
He should give his friend the keys and have him drive the old lady to the hospital. He and his bride can take the bus and meet up with him at the next bus stop and then his friend can catch the bus and the man and his bride can go to a motel and start their honeymoon.

1. Since his bestfriend and bridegroom are capable of taking care of themselves and are still very healthy, the man should make use of his sports car and drive the old sick lady to the hospital as soon as possible. Who knows, he might be able to still save her life and he will be proud of his achievement that he saved a life.
2. Wait, is he gay? ...because it says that he is a man with a sports car and that he has a BRIDEGROOM not a BRIDE.

He could call an ambulance for the old lady and she would get treatment on the way to the hospital. His best friend could call a cab and he and his bridegroom could go on to the church. But they will be disappointed 'cause 2 people of the same gender can't get married. Not in the US anyway

if that was me i would take the only lady.. The other people could wait if she was going to die you could be the one to save her.
