I want to be an elementry school teacher but want to keep my options open so i dont want my major to be Education. Any ideas?

all my kids are teachers, 2 have double/triple majors, biology/science/history, history/special education. my sons said to tell you....any science, any special education, and spanish. as a spanich teacher, special ed teacher you can write your own ticket they say.
