What the hell does being black have to do with being successful? If you're successful, it doesn't matter what you look like, be happy and relax. Its almost like you feel that you need praise for your accomplishment which should be a NORMAL accomplishment. Being successful is nothing out of the ordinary so I dont know why you think people would have a problem. Are you looking to stir the pot? Because by the sound of your question, its like you're looking for someone who's not black to say "YA i have a problem with it." So then you can point fingers. There's a lot of successful black ppl and ppl of every other colour for that matter so be happy that you're part of a BIGGER group because it sounds to me like you're the one with the problem. Also, i like the answer the guy from Georgia gave haha.

Well at leas tyou didn't say you were a proud and successful Africa American which you can not be.
No I don't have a problem with it.
Why would anyone.
It's the black men , or white we see launging on the street corners selling dope to kides we have a problem with.
It's the black man, or white with 7 kids and no job and pays no support we have problem with.
It's aids ridden black man or white still having sex and spreading his fifty disease is the ones we have a problem with.
It's the black man Or white sitting in jail who wioll get out nmext wek make another child, sell some more dope, steal and go back to jail next week we don't like.
It's the black man or white living at tax payers expense we don't like.
I am a proud and successful white man living in Georgia.
Got any problem with that.

No, not at all, unless you used affirmative action to rob a job from a more qualified individual. But otherwise, no... and I wish there were more proud, successful black men out there making good lives for themselves. I think this would solve a lot of problems in this country.

no i don't. why do some black people think that we have a problem with them being successful? i'm not racist, by no means. my kids are mixed. why do you think anyone would have a problem with it? and why does it matter that you are a "black man?" it doesn't matter what color you are (although i still say that we are all just different shades of brown), but why do you have to throw your color around like everyone cares? just be proud that you are successful.

What, exactly is the question here? Seriously. I don't see "I am a proud and successful black man living in america?" as a question.
And "got a problem with it" is not a question. So, what IS the question?

No, but I do find it strange that you would ask a question like that. Also, does it really matter that you are black? Cant you just be a proud successful man in America?

No, I'm happy for you, my brother... What I do get upset about is when proud, successful black men think they are above dating and marrying proud successful black women! I'm on my way to being there myself... I'm a medical student ;o)
