I think I do but if I tell you which bands I like you will probably turn around and say that they are not gothic at all so I'll just say I like power-metal or melodic metal or progressive but definitely not gothic.It would help if you named some of the bands you consider goth.

The only group that I know of that would come close to goth music is Evanescence, and I like them, if that counts.

Yes, but only real gothic music. Not Marilyn Manson, Evanescence, H.I.M., or My Chemical Romance. I love Siouxsie, Sisters of Mercy, Razed in Black, Faith & the Muse, the Cruxshadows, etc.

No. "But" my son listens to it a lot. He has written down the lyrics for me to see in some of the songs that he listens to . The lyrics are bad at all. It's the sound I do not care for. He favorite band is Kitty.
