Are you saying that the words don't come out evenly on the card when you are printing the inside verses? Meaning, they do not line up correctly according to the edge that folds over?

If so, I know what you are going through. I do not have a particular "printing program," but I have a printer, and I make my own greeting cards.

I discovered that you have to adjust the edges on your display (on the computer) to account for the fold that will be in the card, and also for the completed card after cutting it down to card size. I had to print "dummy" cards on plain paper first, narrowing down the "edges" so they will fit appropriately on the completed card (not overlapping the "fold" and not running off the outside edge).

After a lot of "trial and error," I finally got my settings correct. At that point, I saved that blank sample (I just had lines on it that indicated the edges where I wanted the print to begin and end) in my words program. After that, whenever I want a card "front" or "inside" or "back," I just open the "template(s)" I created, use that as the borders for my cards, and then print it out on card stock. Works beautifully for me.

Printing greeting cards DOES take a lot of ink. I have also found that, unless you use your colors equally, you will run out of one of them before your cartridge is empty and will not be able to get the colors you want.

Buy, install and use a program called, Print Master on your computer. Or buy one of them make your own rubber stamp kits, and make messages that way. Just carefully place the letters on the stamp, get the ink on it for the pad, and slowly stamp the inside of the card.

Keep it brief if you don't want to use much ink. Try different fonts.
