If you have a yellow undertone to your skin, you look better in peachy, coral or orange tones. If you have a pink undertone, you look better in mauve or pinkish shades. Look for orange-red if you are a warm tone and more pinkish red if you have a cool pinkor blue red tone.

There's different types of shades of reds. Basically two classes: warm and cool (there's also netrual shades). Cool red tones tend to be darker, and if you hold a dark blue item up to it, it matches perfectly. Deep reds and burgandy are usually cool reds. Warm red shades look better next to something yellow or orange. Brick is typically a warm shade.

Find out (from a makeup counter like Macys or JcPenneys, it should be free, even though they'll try to sell you stuff) if you're a cool or a warm. Then find red lipstick shades that are made for cool skin tones and warm skin tones.

Ex.. I have to wear cool red tones b/c i'm a cool. my dark hair and pale complexion send me into the cool category.

Which ever you decide on in basic terms make particular the pink is the interior maximum darkest pink there is. I see females attempt to tug off donning pink lipstick and they continually take care of to get a basic one. Makes them seem as if they were sucking on a sucker for goodness sakes! The darker the pink will also make your teeth seem white! you ought to purchase some to get the single which will set your seem. tell me in case you do not regularly positioned on pink then why initiate? Why no longer a tinted lip gloss? they have such large searching ones that seem so organic...

mmmmmm, it all depends on the undertone of your skin! some people can pull off that fire engine red, however, those who have a blue undertone to their skin would do better w/blue undertone red lipstick, but if you are younger like in your mid teens, red is NOT advisable, however if you do want a bit of color, go for lip glosses that have a red tint to them, so you still get color but don't turn out looking trashy, and it also helps if you have white teeth as well, because if you have any discoloration to your teeth, it's going to look bad, very bad... yuck. another very trashy look, so if all else fails. stick to lancome's juicy tubes, natural gloss! it's awesome, you get that shiny glossy look and it goes great with every thing!!!
