This is crazy, im 22 years old, married, mother to be and I just realised I dont have a lick of credit.. I applied for some limited credit cards and I wasnt even approved for those!
Everything I own was paid for by someone else.... My husband is a property developer and he was willing to put our house in my name to build credit, but I dont want to do it that way, I want to build my own, so where to start people, I need it ASAP, because I want to buy my husband the 07 Tahoe for Christmas and the dealer didnt even approve me for getting it :(
He said I needed credit... so help me out please!! How did you first get credit? How should I go about it?
Thanks Alooot!

you can try getting a small personal loan with a co-signer after you pay that off it all starts getting better then try for credit cards and or car loan. maybe if you have enough income, a large down payment and a co signer you can start off with a car loan.

I think credit cards can be terrible. But if you are going to keep up with them, I suggest trying to get a department store credit card. Try Wal-Mart or JC Penney. Be wise and God bless!
