there is not a best brand of oil for your car. As long as it meets the API rating of GF-4 and it is the correct viscosity then you are fine. People have no proof which oil is better. "my brothers cousins friend said Quaker state is the best oil". Those are kind of things I hear all the time. I own and operate 3 Pennzoil quick lube centers and I don't ever try to push Pennzoil. Its all about marketing and what you think is the best. I use all major brands at my stores for that reason. There really isnt one oil that is better than the other.

Synthetic for sure. castrol gtx, rpyal purple($$), etc. as long as it is pure synthetic it is good stuff. I buy the regular good synthetic at wall mart.
