Is it broken like in pieces or just not working?
You may have luck by holding the button in the raise window position and slamming the door shut.
Sometimes the jarring of the door slamming releases the frozen motor. Other than that you'll have to take the panel off. Disconnect the window regulator and push the window up with your hand.
The problem is what are you gonna use to keep the window up when it's disconnected? The slam method should work. The motors usually freeze up on the rear windows because they are used a lot less than the front windows. They get corroded. The slamming of the door with your finger on the button usually breaks it free.

If you have any basic mechanical ability it isn't too difficult. Remove the door panel. Disconnect the arm from the bottom support for the glass (usually a spring clip). Push the glass all the way up and force a small wedge (either wood or plastic in between the glass and the inner seal (to hold it in place). Replace the door panel and you will be warm this winter.

First checkthe switch on the drivers door ,pick up a used switch at a scrap yard . the contact may be burnt, install used switch if no change ,you will have replace the motor. your problem is a common one. after removing panel spray the inner workings with penatrating fluid then try hooking up 12volt bat to motor this worked for me most times the motor will work in one direction changing door switch should work ,it did for me on 86 caddy .
