good point.
There are signs, no crash helmets,
sometimes (more in shops) "no hoodies"
and these are all security measures, to detect, early (or prevent) a person walking into a cash rich building, masking thier identity.
Too easy to dismiss this as anti muslim......it is actually, a good point.

Because your ski mask is one of the tools that are used to rob a bank.... they expect you will do so if you walk in there with a ski mask on. if you walked in with a veil that is a form of trditional dress then they would not have a problem with you. It is all about perception and the fear that people have because of what has happened in the past... I know I would be shaking in my boots if some one entered a bank wearing a ski mask. It makes people feel that they are going to rob the bank... it is the overuse of ski masks by past robbers that has helped us have that impression in our heads..

Maybe because ski masks are used to rob banks and veils are used for religion? So maybe the bank didn't feel that robbery and religion were the same?

i don't see the problem with wearing a full-face ski mask in a bank. That's discrimination I tell ya......hahaha In your defense you could say you were too cold to take it off. Everyone's actually thinking you did wear the mask in the bank. He's only joking people. Think of something witty to say.

Same reason a Muslim can cover the whole face but if a teenager has a hoodie on it cannot enter many shops..... unfair
