Couplet
A two-line rhyming poem- (A,A)
"We can go very far
If we ride in the car."

Triplet
Three lines- A,B,A rhyming pattern
"I like to drink milk
Because it tastes good
and goes down like silk."

Quatrain
Four lines following the rhyming pattern ABBA, ABAB, AABB, or ABCA

AABB: "My silly little kitty cat
Jumped into my cowboy hat.
He also likes to dance and sing,
'cause he is such a funny thing!"

ABAB: "The tree was green,
The rose was red,
What I've seen
Is what I said."

ABCB: "Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
Sugar is sweet,
and so are you."

Sorry, the poems I wrote are pretty stupid, but hopefully I helped some : )

The ones that express most clearly how you feel about a particular thing. Just go somewhere that you feel at ease and let your mind go. Something always comes.
