This is very common colouring on the rare Tropical Pink variety. I'm more worried about someone who counts the spots on his dalmatian.

well yeah.. the purple hair is dyed of course, and he is wearing a shirt with one yellow spot, shorts with 47 orange spots and 15 spots for his socks...

It is not normal if the dog is a pure bred Dalmatian. If the dog has mixed Dalmatian blood, it might be possible.
