outdoors: there are funfairs, sports clubs, cinemas, kids theatres, gardens, arcades, malls...and many more
indoors: almost all kids have playstation, videogames, computers, watching toon channels like cartoon network, disney, boomrang..
in egypt there are everything found in the west in addition to traditional egyptian stuff.
but above all that, egyptian kids are obsessed with soccer, they play everywhere, clubs, gardens...even in the streets

They love soccer, if you are thinking of taking a soccer ball.
Take the needle from a pump and stick it in the hole which will deflate the air. the ball will fold in half and will hardly take up any room.
