You will get your nails to grow stronger when your vitamins intake reach the top so, eat a balance meal and take some vitamins supplements, do not use chemicals without gloves and if possible when you're cooking rub some of the smelly garlic into your nails, this work , good luck.

Your nails tell you alot about your general health. For strong nails eat gelatin foods and try vitamins. Prenatal if you can get some over the counter.

Don't go and get fake ones on. They make your nails the same way you say they are now.

I know it sounds stupid , but every day you put your nails into the water it will make them stronger. And try not to color nails for about month. I hope it works.

You can try a calcium suppliment. It takes awhile for the results to show but it can be worth it.

Good luck.
