i don't know if i should wear some nice jeans with a nice shirt?? or wear a dress.

If you're allowed to wear jeans and casual wear, here are some options (these worked for me at fashion and adverising jobs):
- Jeans with a nice jacket
- Dress with leggings or tube jeans, with heels
- Chinos or black pants with shirt and a t-shirt in layering as a vest
I wear fashion dresses and going-out-clothes on fridays

first, it depends on what you do.
but if they are nice jeans (boot cut with no rips) and its a nice blouse, then thats very appropriate. but then again, so is a dress.
personally, im more of a comfort person, so id go for the jeans and blouse.
