Careful, several blood cells do not have diploid number: red blood cells have no chromosomes at all; megakaryocytes that make platelets have about 6N.

So go for the easy ones: neurons, lymphocytes, osteocytes

Those will do.

ANY cell type but sex cells (gametes - eggs and sperm), so just think of an organ and you have diploid!
