Telekinesis (like Jean Grey.) Not only could you lift things and move them with your mind, but you could fly, enhance your strength, and a lot of other cool stuff!

I'd choose the powers of the Beyonder (basically, a Cosmic Cube) or The Spectre. The Spectre was show to be able to grow larger than a galaxy and grab a passing comet by the tail and swing it around to use as a club against his enemies! He could stop time, question murder victims about the manner of their demise, do all the usual ghostly things like flying, passing through walls and becoming invisible, and when he needed advice, he would have a conversation with God (disembodied word balloons were tastefully employed.)
Step aside, Galactus, or I'll knock you out of my way!

I suppose it depends, if there are other people with powers in the world, then I would want Rogues powers. She has her own mutant ability to absorb the powers of others (which can be temporary or permanant depending on how long she makes contact). She shares their thoughts when she makes contact (again time related) There appears to be no limit to the amount of powers she can absorb (she took the powers of several XMen in order to defeat Nimrod), and she has Ms Marvels powers of flight, near invulnerability, and super strength. Now if she can just get over guys who speak French.
However, if I am the only one with a "special gift" I would want to be a powerful telepath with the ability to read minds and influence the thoughts of others. I would really rehabilitate some criminals mwa ha ha ha ha

If this means which powers of which superhero would I want, then I would take Superman's. Without the vulnerabilities.

The power to teleport --- so i can travel all over the world when ever and where ever i want without paying the unbelievable flight price and long hour on plane.
Or force field --- so i can kick peoples bud without them knowing how n who... Wuahaha....
I can't remember their name.. but both power can b found in X-men movie
