there was a movie that had little robots and they had big glowing eyes and could fly around. it was based in a city too. I cant remember it that great, but i know one of the robots was broken then one of the humans fixed it or something. its an older movie. Thanks!

Batteries Not Included....that was an 80's movie with little robots in a an apartment building. And this big black guy fixes one of them. All I remember is the little robot flipping a burger. lol
There was also Short Circuit with Johnny 5...Johnny 5 is ALIVE!
