We have to describe different rhetorical devices for an english assignment and one of them is "effective quotations", but i have not been able to find a good definitions for it on the net.

Effective quotations are quotes that are relevant to your topic, add new insight or build onto other points, but in a manner that is fresh in interesting (as opposed to having a quote that restates what you just said).

Yes of course but the sad part of this is the dem's have the vote. So even if a KKK leader were sitting in her place and they wanted him for their Messiah they would elect that person. I feel this questioning helpful to the GOP since this women is surely all the way to the left.
