There are tests like MBTI that are very fun and can not only break the ice but can be turned into a type of game. The 4 personality characteristics that MBTI gives creates a personality profile like INTJ or ESFP.
I -introvert Or E -extrovert
T -thinker Or F -feeler
N -Intuitive Or S -sensory
J -judgement Or P - perception

Have your group take the test conceal their answers and go around in a circle and have the group guess what characteristics the person has. it's a good way to get to know people. When the guessing is over read the discription of the persons personality aloud and learn about the persons that way.

Go to: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp to print out the test, and go to: http://typelogic.com to read about the personalities.
