We will get back to real conservatism only when there are more real conservatives than members of the religious right and fundamentalists. I call them pseudo conservatives.

It could take a while. Too many people have let themselves get brainwashed.

As long as true Conservatives sit back and allow the continued hijacking of the title, nothing is going to change.

True Conservatives have an obligation to expose the history, tactics and true goals of the neo-cons. Only then will we return to some semblance of national sanity.

Hey I'm a real conservative and always will be BUT I'm anti-religion all the way. I never read the Bible, went to church only 3 times because of weddings, and I don't need to believe in a god and/or religion to get through my life. I have myself and my family and thats enough.

So you'll be happy to know that there are Cons who don't clutch at the Bible. I'm one of them!!

And I am wondering when the government will get back to the true conservative values of balancing the budget, having a small government, having a limited government, and having moral values! So far, all we have is a NEOconservative agenda.
