If you are arrested you can. Returning the goods after getting caught is not the same as not having stolen them.

That all depends. If the store owner didn't press charges, then you should be OK. But, you're going to watched very closely, assuming that you haven't been banned from the store.

number one...were you arrested? if not, then possibly the store owner didnt press charges, and you will be clean...just dont do it again...
