Universal Studios, Florida has a CRAZY Halloween activity. The park stays open from 5PM-2AM and rides still go on, but the whole place is converted into one huge haunted house. (with houses that are TERRIFYING along the way!) and people in amazing costumes and makeup leaping out at you along the way, it is easily the best halloween attraction I have ever attended.

It's not Halloween specific but at Busch Gardens, they do this thing called "Howl-O-Scream" and after 6pm, the park opens mazes and shows. It's a lot of fun and definitely worth going too.
