Yeah, i have a burner installed. It worked a few months ago. And now it doesnt... I dont know what happened.

And i dont have one of thoes holes in the front of it... Like the other disk tray...

Your computer might not have a burner biult into it! Install one or get a new computer but most likly install one you cna get one at bestbuy I bet!

emmy this happens when the crank inside gets locked or jammed a bit. For now what you can do is that open it using the small pin hole just below the drive tray located in the front. Use something like a safety pin or gems clip to poke inside while you computer is on & the try will pop out. In a lot of cases when people face this problem its suggested to them to keep any 1 of their disc inside the tray, always....( simpley just any one of your disc ) as it helps it not getting locked. Try it when over you want any of your specific CD's then take out the one inside & put the one that you want, Try it I think it might prove handy to you.

be first sure your cd burner is connected to your power supply, if that's not the problem, u'll have to get the cd holder out of the burner with som power (i had the same problem, it worked with a knife :p)
