I know that there are some products that Dr. Scholls offers that is supposed to help with that. Also, try going to a Walgreen's or CVS, etc. They should have some stuff there.

Generally, branded shoes do not give trouble. Go for branded, if not at present.

Use only soft cotton socks.

Use some "Anti-fungal powder in your socks near that spot.

Wash your foot with luke warm water with some salt (daily before going to bed). Wash clean and dry.

Deveop the habbit of taking off your shoes after some interval of time.

There is stuff called moleskin - shoe repair places will know what it is - it might help.

But it depends on if the reason it is rubbing is because they are too tight there? Then you need the shoe place to stretch them a little. (They probably can.)

Best of luck!

You can get a piece of moleskin and place it on the part of your foot that gets irritated by your shoes...it should correct it right away!!

what i do for that problem is put a band-aid over that spot and it seems to work really well...(but only if their closed shoes...or you can't see the band-aid)....the reason why i answered this question is because i saw your answer the a question this guy asked christians..and i say AMEN! to what you said :-)
