You are what is called by therapists, a sex addict. You find sex as a behavorial outlet for frustrations, just as an alcoholic does, just as a gambler does. You asked how you can stop this behavior. Only by getting into therapy for an attitude adjustment, will you be able to overcome this behavior, and even then, not easily. You will have to acquire the realization that sex is the ultimate gift to the one you love, the sharing of all of your being, of your essential nature. At this time, you obviously don't feel that way -- sex for you is a primal attraction, an orgasm with anyone, and anything---a numbers game..... The normal person, though in fantasy thinks of sex with others, does not carry this fantasy into real life-- you have admitted that you do. Not only will your life never be truly satisfying succumming to this behavior , you are in for some minor and major disease problems with your promiscuous behavior.
Again, you asked what you can to to stop? Get into therapy, hon. You won't destroy your liver as will an alcoholic, nor will you loose all of your money, as will a gambler, but your chances of acquiring AIDS is about 100% sooner or later.....And with that, sweetie,you will loose your life.

Tammy I do not see you stopping from my experience.
Yes, I give you credit it is behavior, but I have been there, done that and thinking about it again.
Once you start, very very few people stop and this is the honest truth. I am not saying everyone does not stop, but majority of them cannot stop. Once you do it once, you know how easy it is to do it again.
I am not saying that you will not stop it, but more likely you will do it again.
You can always email me at my email address if you ever want to discuss it. I am 58 y/o male, and being an x-bartender, club manager you see different things everyday. I have never been the kiss and tell type, and I do respect people of what ever happens. How can I tell you something differently, when I am doing or have done the same thing you are doing?
I enjoy the same thing, and I have always said that I would rather have s_x with a married lady because most of them are discreet about themselves.

Maybe the thought of losing your spouse would be reason enough to stop this behaviour, unless of course you dont care. You will lose him if you dont stop...there are no two ways about it. Maybe another big stopper would be the chance of contracting AIDS and dying.

Let your partner join in, you seem to be a freak. If they are with it, you are all good. If not, you have found your solution....you wont be married anymore and can have sex with anyone you want with no guilt.

Just enjoy it. I know how it is REALLY. Either just enjoy it, or get a divorce so you won't feel so guilty. But try to enjoy it. Maybe give ur hubby some tips if thats the problem.Does he know??? Mine dosn't. hahaha, thats part of the fun. Just try not to fall in love with anyone. & enjoy it.

It seems you have a bad itch. And having someone besides your partner to scratch it may lead to other reasons to itch STD's. Don't you have any shame? How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot? I'm telling!!!

you have a problem it is call sex addiction
only if you choose random partner that is it
if you are having affair to the same person
that's mean you just someone who like to cheat
so if so move on and leave this poor man to find someone that will be faithful to him

get un married that way you can screw the whole county and it would be OK......instead of doing others just do your mate all the time. Or you can ask him if he wants a 3 some.....?
