All this from the best heath care system in the world? It is the best money can buy, and if you don't have any money, you can't buy it. It is remarkably like our school system in that our math and science scores are behind an underdeveloped country like Rwanda! Shocking indeed.

That is not new. We have had shocking statistics on infant mortality for years. While your at it, take a look at where we stand in health care overall and also our world standing in education. We've been steadily going down hill for years. Give us a couple more decades of this and we will no longer be a world power. The terrorists will never take us as far down as our congressmen and president will. Already US corporations are hiring from foreign countries to fill technological vacancies for lack of American candidates. So much for national security.
