I want to be able to get up in the morning and work because I want to work and not because I have to work.
I want to get up in morning and look forward to the day ahead.
I want to feel passionate about what I do and enjoy doing it.
I want work not to feel like work and bring in enough cash to have a comfortable lifestyle.
How do I do this?

Build a death star and enslave the galaxy, only when everyone calls you "master" will you be totally free.

All to easy.

There are two ways to do this. (Although I have not achieved either one - but maybe you can). One is to want less: enjoy getting up in the morning because it is morning, work because the work is there, feel passionate about living.

The other way, which is harder, is to find the work you can feel passionate about. To do this, you need to spend some time thinking honestly about what you enjoy, why you enjoy it.

Try making a few lists: things you enjoy doing, things you don't enjoy, where you like to be, the kind of people you like to be around. Then you can play games with your lists - take the first two items and discard one, then the next two, etc. The idea is to toy with all the answers, and decide which one you really like the best. Then think about how much money you really need to live comfortably. Maybe it isn't as much as you think. Or maybe its more. Consider what is really important to you (as opposed to what other people may consider important).

When you have thought about these things, you will probably come up with a solution. You may need to start a business, or move in order to satisfy your desires. But if you are serious in this quest, it will be worth it.

Good luck.

You are on the right track, First you must want these things, this is what I did. Get a good education, learn about something that interests you, Don't spend more money than you make, never borrow money except for a mortgage, use cash never credit cards. travel and see as much of the world as possible, don't let people put you off, be good to everyone you meet, never burn any bridges, don't try to keep up with the jones's. before you buy something ask yourself do I really need it, It will take time and effort, but I took this advice from my dad, and now at the age of 34 I live a nice life with my wife and daughters, I enjoy my work and I have good friends. Good luck

Winning the lottery would help as you wouldn't have to work but you would go because you wanted to go, you would get up in the morning and look forward to the day ahead because there wold be no bills dropping on your mat you couldn't afford and you could have that comfortable lifestyle.

work towards self employment in a job that is so enjoyable it can barely be called 'work'.
I am an artist, so I have just had to work out how I can sustain my idea of a decent lifestyle whilst enjoying it.
Good luck in working out what you really want to do. And prepare to be skint if you take this road. :)

Find a job you love and that makes you want to get up in a morning.

I'll suggest two things for you. First, you have to discover the you in you (I mean, your talents). Secondly, Work hard to bring out the "professionality" embedded in that talent. These two things would give you true freedom.

Try to do things with more of an enthusiasm. I know its hard when you want to have such a great life but i guess you could be optimistic and hope for the best! (hope that helped)
