"Values" describes a more specific set of things and are usually associated with an individual. Values are something a person believes in, feels, or thinks are right. Values are more of a moral idea or something a person feels in his heart.
While "ethics" can be used when talking about an individual, it is a broader term. Ethics are what are used as a guide to behavior, and ethics are often shared by a number of people. Ethics can provide an individual with a guide for ethical behavior, but ethics are generally established as a blueprint for behavior of individuals or groups.
Ethics are rules for behavior of an individual or group. Values are an abstract concept.
(I am not entirely satisfied with my answers, but - hey - I'm not Webster of dictionary fame.)

Ethics are unwritten rules for decency. Values are personal opinions that one believes should be considered ethics.

Ethics can be good or bad,
But values I think you have to earn
by showing you are a good respectful person.
One who is honest, one who can be trusted.
One who cares for other people and their feelings.
A hard worker, a honest person, a reliable person
has very good values.

Values have to do with the decisions you make. I chose to do this because it's more important than that. It's more valueable for me.
Ethics are related with what you do in the society. Don't do to another person what you don't like.
