super glue works the best just keep some rubbing alchol handy to remove

Go to your local beauty supply store and they have hair glue there. It normally comes in a small bottle, is white like glue, but dries clear. When removing the facial hair and the glue use some soap and water and if that doesn't work well enough use a little bit of oil where the glue is at. Hope this helps!

How about a thin coating of Elmer's glue you can get at any craft store or hardware , even convenience store carry it?
It is water based and is the only one I know of that you can wash off in the shower or in the sink without taking your skin with it.

Make up a mix of one cup of mustard powder, one cup of corn starch and a blended apple. Mix to a smith paste and apply liberally to your upper lip.

Do NOT use rubber cement. The fumes will knock you out, and can cause serious brain damage?
Please, please, please don't use rubber cement or ANY kind of adhesive that has warning about breathing fume on it. That also includes Super Glue.
Spirit gum should be available, especially now at most costume and theatrical supply shops.

Just get some double-sided tape and stick the mustache onto your face!!!

buy some stuff called spirit gum, available at a makeup, costume, or theater supply store, it works really well. Developed for the stage.
