how long depends on how awake i am... ;)
it also depends on the subject, the manner of the test (ex multiple choice takes less time than essay tests) and its importance.
however, i would suggest that if you get two weeks to study for , say, a science unit test, spend about a half an hour every day reviewing so there's no reason to cram on the last day

It is said for every hour you spend in class that you spend three hours studying. It is a good habit to read each chapter assigned, do the math homework, and make notes. If you can develop basic habits of just keeping up, when it comes exam time the studying time can be more productive. Try not to wait till the last minute on anything.

It varies a lot. But I usually don't do less than two hours a night, unless I am way too tired to do anything else.
For much of the time, I might get around four hours, and then have to spend time on projects/papers.

It depends on the class. Usually on a science class about an hour a day and non-science classes about 30-45 minutes daily
