i'm continually for voting for the perfect candidate, yet this election, i desire independents will evaluate voting for the democrats. i imagine this previous countless years has shown why this is no longer an outstanding idea to have one social gathering administration all branches of the authorities. Congress hasn't carried out something truly effective in numerous instructions, and there hasn't been any severe oversight of the govtdepartment (the biggest duty of congress). i do not truly imagine this is about republican or democrat. this is about having checks and balances. hopefully, if we may be able to get a authentic 2 social gathering authorities decrease back, we'd want to even see some productiveness and a lot less abuse of means. thanks for asking.

It is very important because if they vote for the Independent candidate their vote is lost, due to there being so many more registered Democrats and Republicans. The Democratic candidates think more like the Independent and this country very much needs a drastic change!

i would consider the candidate that holds similar views on the issues that are important to you, the party is not important as is the issues that you believe in.
1. know your stand on your important issues
2. find out where each candidate stands on your important issues
3. verbalize where you need your candidate to stand on the issue.
4. vote for the candidate that supports your view on the issue.
5. hold that candidate accountable for the stand on the issue, if they don't follow through, find another candidate next time.
6. but vote, exercise your rights, don't let the men and women that have died for that right be in vain

I've already voted. WA state (my county) has a mail in ballot and I completed it last weekend. I always vote for the person that best fits the job and/or has done a good job in office. Sometimes it's Democrats and sometimes it's Republican. And yes, this ballot is the same...I voted for some Democrats and some Republicans.

Since the current congress has done nothing, I'm an advocate of throwing the bums out of office. I intend to vote against all incumbents regardless of party affiliation. Send a message to our elected representatives to start doing the peoples business and not the special interests'.

Nope, each party is responsible for its own nominees. Here in Texas, Lieberman would have been disqualified from the ballot as an independent if he had first run in the same election year as a Democrat.

It appears that Republican Mom has been inbibing some Texas whiskey with our fine president. Seriously Lady, stop preaching about economics when you don't have a clue and just go back to smoking your crack pipe. Higher interest rates? Hmmm. Well, actually sweetie, higher interest rates, the long term kind, are largely determined by our governments budget position. When we see huge deficits like we do, it devalues our dollar and makes american capital cheaper and creates a higher demand for investments from foreign investors. This excess demand causes long term rates to increase, making it difficult for people to buy homes, cars, etc. Higher unemployment? No, I don't think that one holds merit either. Under Clinton we had a long, sustained economic growth period with low inflation and low unemployment rates. It's neocons like you that need to do some research. Go to your answers and go to the post about the tax cuts and why wouldn't Democrats keep them. I explain to you that if you aren't in the top 5% of society, you're getting the shaft. Simple logic lady, simple!!! And stop with your talking points from the RNC. And stop listening to Rush, it's bad for your brain.

This is one of the questions when asked makes you seem
like "what are you thinking" question.
Independent voters are independent because they cannot
make up their minds, and usually stay home on election
day anyhow.

This election is too important, too many crooked republican incumbents railroading all of us...

if you keep voting 3rd parties it's too the advantage of the fascist Neocons who are trying for a dictatorship... dont say you weren't warned... vote the "lesser evil" without wasting a vote.
