Do they have to be real words?!
6.15612E+36 words are possible, and they are just the ones that are 26 letters long!
If you do not repeat a letter, you have 4.03291E+26 words!
Webster's Third New International is the largest dictionary I can find. Unabridged (familiarly known as Webster's Third,) in September 1961, edited by Philip Babcock Gove and containing over 450,000 entries
(the Oxford English Dictionary 'only' has 301,000 entries!).

Add in the other laguages that use those letters and the answer is over 40 million already (50 plus languages use the phonetic alphabet.)
