It depends. If you are charged as a minor, and you complete ALL terms of your probation as well as pay all fees and court costs, your probation will be closed successfully upon completion. This means that the offense will not be used against you if/when you offend as an adult. Your past record is still accessible to the courts, the probation system, and the police, however, unless you are able to get it expunged.

If you are charged as a minor and don't complete all the terms of your probation, your case could be closed unsuccessfully. This means that your past offenses can be used against you as an adult.

I've got a couple juveniles on my case load right now who continue to offend. Once they turn 18, I plan to go to court and ask that the cases be closed unsuccessfully. Multiple attempts have been made for rehabilitation on these two juveniles, but they are beyond rehab.

Well it depends on what type of fellony charge you have. If you have a murder charge yes.But if you have a grand theft auto charge or something like that then you will go to a juvinille center. On your charge you will probly go to juvy

Drugs. Depends on how old you are and what state you are in. Minor possession, however, can be a sealed. However, the cops will ALWAYS know you have a juvenile record, and will ALWAYS be able to tell, because your name is "in the system".

after you turn 18 get a lawyer and see about having your minor record expunged.
however if you were charged as an adult you are stuck with it.

Most states require that you do a Motion to Expunge the record.

Once you are an adult, you can also request to have your records sealed.

Felonies follow you forever, even if you have it sealed, if you ever have a background investigation done, it will show up.

I don't think so. I'm pretty damn sure that it stays on your record.
