It ISN'T immoral. it is impolite and possibly illegal. There is a huge difference between crude and indecent.
Here in Quebec, for example, it's illegal to hawk a loogie on the street but they never stop anyone for this.
(this isn't winning any cases for Canada is it?)

I think it is only illegal if you expose private parts (this is illegal) or physically touch someone else without permission (this is illegal) or someone reports you as a "public disturbance" or "disturbing the peace" (these are both illegal). If you are just crude without doing any of these things, you should not be in violation of the law.

It really depends on what you are doing.......if you are telling
crude joke or something......then NO!!! If someone doesnt like
what you are saying then they should not listen to you.
However, if you are doing something crude in public then yes
you can be arrested......one example is indecent exposure.
Like (I guess a matter of opinion, but not really crude) is having
sex in public. Others who see are most like to consider it crude
while others may find it adventerous, but either way you look at it.........YOU CAN be arrested for it!!!

Define "crude".
Improper or obscene language can draw a fine and scratching yoursel fin places that you shouldn't be scratching could get a warning about questionable behavior.
Certainly defecating or urinating in public is illegal.

It depends on what you mean by crude.....but, I have never heard of a law that pertains to be crude. So go ahead and try to use your shock value on people in the streets.
