Game testing is not what it sounds like. You do not get paid to sit around and play the games. Game testers find glitches and bugs in the games and give solutions on how to solve them, they don't really give opinions like "this game was fun" and stuff like that. You have to have experience and schooling for the technical know-how to be a tester.
The only options for a twelve year old would be maybe go to a local corner store and see if they can give him a few bucks to help clean up and stock shelves. Or maybe you know someone who may need a helper at work for little odds and ends. There really is not a lot of options for a twelve year old, and there certainly is not a position for him where he will be bringing home a weekly check.

Okay, what is the point of lying? What are you trying to gain???
And I will entertain your additional info for a second. If "he" was offered several jobs already then you wouldn't need to ask where to find a job, would you. DUH, you're so stupid you can't even lie straight.
Do you know that when we click on your profile EVERYONE can see that you have asked the question "Where can an experienced man find a job as a tester", "where can a fourteen year old girl find a job" and this question. So which one is it? Are you a fourteen year old girl, a twelve year old boy or an experienced man?
Please answer me honestly, What the he ll are you trying to do here? This is by far the dumbest thing I have seen on Yahoo Answers...and I have seen a lot of dumb things....

Nope, not with the child labor laws around.
The best job he can actually get is doing chores around the house, walking the dog for the neighbors, and that kind of stuff.
Video game testing is not what you think.
It is not where you get sent a video game, you get to play it and play it for hours and say it's fun, I love it!
You must look for things that make no sense, technical goofs, that kinda stuff.
A 12 year old boy still can get good money from parents if he does chores thoug.

Pay him to play the games I guess. No company in America can or will hire him because of the Child Labor Laws. Game Testers don't want kids that young anyway.

Paper route. That's about it. Or mowing lawns for the neighbors. Game testers don't hire children, it's against the law.

You're too young to legally work in the US. Try a slave labor camp in China. But then again you might be to old...
