Is this a research question or a math question. If it's a research question, you could do as I did and search "Brooklyn Bridge" on Google or another search engine. The fact "144,000 Vehicle Crossings (average weekday in 1998)" came up quickly. A bit more searching would probably break that down between cars and trucks.

If it's a math question, you're probably supposed to take the length of the structure, and divide by the average length of a car to see how many cars can fit on it at a time. You'd then determine how long it takes to drive across the bridge and determine how many of those time spans there are in a day. You'd multiply cars times time spans to get your final answer.
