Find an Oxford English Dictionary. It explains the origins of almost every word in the English language. A lot of the names of the months come from ancient rome August for Augustus July for Julius Cesar October for Octavian. the -ber and the -ary might have a meaning in the same way that -ology means "the study of"

There is no particular reason. That's just the way it worked out when the months were given names. The initials of the months from July to November spell JASON. There's no particular reason for that either; it just works out that way.
