The only place that carpet-bagger should run is back to Arkansas!

Yes, oh please God, let her run. It would guarantee another 8 years of Republican rule in the White House. Also, I hate to bring this up, but anyone remember what happened to Larry Flynt of Hustler magazine fame. There are still crazies running around with guns. While I do not and would not condone the murder of a candidate for the President of the United States, I think there are enough crazies running around, that this would be a real concern. If the Democrats are serious about running someone who has a chance, quit living in the past and choosing Northeastern liberals with the initials J.F.K. John Fitzgerald Kerry. C'mon, Camelot was a long time ago. Being a Republican, I would worry about the Dem's running
Harold Ford Jr. or Barack Obama. Both of these men are charismatic and I would have to think long and hard about voting against either of these men. America is ready for a black president. On the Republican side I would vote for either Colin Powell, or Condi Rice. Enough with the milquetoast, bland candidates trotted out each 4 years.

I think that if the democratic party is setting itself for another loss than I would suggest that they put Hillary Clinton up to run for President. I honestly wouldn't trust her or her husband back in office since she's got a record for being highly irregular in her statements and is what some would call a "poll chaser" in the sense that whatever the polls say she'll say that too. I don't believe that this is true leadership in any sense of the word. Also, if you look at her districts she told the people who were to vote for her she'd be able to grant them a ton of jobs but has yet, of late, been able to keep that promise. In fact, from one report I saw there were massive layoffs from that district from some of the major companies/factories in that area.

Also, there are rumors floating about that she'll have Jack Thompson running for her vice president. As if she doesn't turn off many males in the first place that decision will just push away any male under the age of 30~35. The males that are 45+ tend to lean towards conservative Republican in anycase as they get older.

Despite her -now- regular wearing of the crucifex (starting in early-mid June, I believe) I will doubt that many of the religious voters would vote for her, barring the general lack of "values" the Democratic Party sports.

Finally, there are plenty of women who won't vote for Hillary for various reasons. On the whole only younger/progressive women will consider voting for her in this demographic, which tends to be the demographic that votes the least.

In whole? Hillary Clinton could run if her party wanted another Republican in the office.

I believe that a woman should run for president and the very LAST person who should be the woman running for president would be Hillary Clinton. If she was actually voted into office, that would be the last time that a woman would ever be elected into office again! She has already tried to run this country once and she is not capable. She is too caught up in herself and being noted for fame to care about the true issues that she would encounter in our country and that would influence her from choosing the best solution.

Yes, I agree she would be an easy target considering her past, yet her intelligence, integrity and sincerity would shine through... she's tough enough for the job and she's proving it. I would say go for it!
