Ammonia, answer (c) is the weakest base in your list.
Answer (d) isn't even a base!

A and E are REALLY strong bases, and B is probably a strong base too. D is an acid, since it has an H at the beginning of its molecular formula. the answer must be C because ammonia is probable the most common weak base you'll find in high school chemistry. according to the bronsted-lowry definition, a base is any molecule that absorbs protons when in water, which NH3 does.
