SOUTH PARK - cartman - especially in the movie he is priceless. three things come to mind - saying he doesn't think he has any jewish candy, speaking on the loud speaker to mr garrison and when he sings the song about kyle's mum. from the series it would have to be when he made that kid eat his parents.
SIMPSONS - mr smithers - his crush on mr burns kills me.
FAMILY GUY - definately stewie - his plan for world domination and killing his mother.
FUTURAMA - nibbler - love that it eat everything and yet still look so cute.

South Park : Stan [The French version is so hilarious b/c the guy that does the voice of Stan also does the voice in Dawson's creek... it's so weird hearing Dawson say such stupid things LOL]
Simpsons : That red-haired janitor, how funny is that guy LOL
Family Guy: Mayor Adam West hands down [Family Guy also happens to be my favorite show among the 4]
Futurama: Gotta love Bender ;)
