I agree with the first answer you received. It would cost you an awful lot of money. The closest Palm Tree farm that I know if is located just outside of Bakersfield.
I recommend just getting the fake, light up kind. Those can be expensive too, but they won't cost nearly as much and they will act as mood lighting too.
I also recommend visiting www.breezybeachwear.com for some party favors. Breezy Beach Wear started their business in Fresno!

Being as they cost thousands of $$ to buy, I am guessing that any rental would want major security deposit in case someone damages one . . . contact a local tree nursery and ask.
