Yeah!! Sounds like fun. Here are some ideas:
Twist contest
Play a game where you match the 60s TV theme song to the show (like, play a couple notes of "Mister Ed" or some TV theme like that, and then the first team to guess wins a point...something like that...)
Costume contest- make everyone come to the party dressed in 60's clothes and have some impartial judges vote on whose is best.
Decorate with lots of tie-dye, lava lamps, beaded curtains, and other "groovy" stuff. Make it look like Greg Brady's attic bedroom!
Serve "Spaceman Punch"- Tang mixed with vodka- trust me, it's pretty good.
Have a TV in the background showing some 60's movie (or Austin Powers) with the sound turned off, so you can still crank some 60's tunes while people watch it.

Rolling Stones - Boys could be Mick, Keith, etc. Girls could be Bianca, girlfriends, groupies, etc. Just remember Charlie never used the services of the groupies. Play their music, have incense burning. Other musical groups could be incorporated - the Who, Small Faces, etc.
